Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Send your return package to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your delivery is recorded and protected.
Receive Your Refund
